We have been spending the last week in Washougal, Washington at our other home. The weather has been amazing for this time of the year. It has been clear and sunny for the last week, with high winds, and no rain! We are just beginning to get some cloudy weather and rain is expected by the weekend. When we were up in Utah during Christmas, Oregon and Washington were getting hit with snow so it was a surprise to enjoy pleasant sunshine!
We went over to the waterfalls today and have some awesome pictures of winter in the Columbia River Gorge.
There is still some snow by the falls and all of the ice formed by the fall mists was so
enchanting.
It covered all of the trees and walkways.
The trail to the bridge across Multnomah Falls was closed right before the bridge, but I was able to take some close up pictures of the
bridge. It was really cool! (and also very cold!)
