We had a wonderful holiday celebrating the 4 th of July. We all spent the afternoon onthe river and Mari and I enjoyed the water.
Then when night hit we sat out in front of the house and watched the fireworks.
It never ceases to amaze me how many fireworks there are in the neighborhood and long it lasts. People start shooting them off before dark and don't stop until after midnight. The displays are just like watching Disneyland fireworks for hours and hours and it doesn't cost anything.
The next day Mari and her family had to head back to Utah : (
