"A three dog life"

I finished early my next book, titled " A three dog life" by Abigail Thomas.  It is a memoir about the author's life after her husband is hit by a car sustaining a traumatic brain injury.  She basically has to grieve for the life she no longer has even though he is still alive.  The book goes through her attempts to come to an understanding about ongoing grief and how she begins another part of life totally different from her previous one.
